COVID-19 update for all shops

In these uncertain times, we are grateful to say that our production is continuing as usual. Here is all the information regarding COVID-19's affects on our production and shipping (we will keep this updated with any delays we experience going forward):

 

We have been informed that FedEx is returning shipments that have business establishment shipping addresses. To avoid your order getting shipped back and incurring additional shipping charges, please have it shipped to a residential address.

 

ALBUMS AND FOLIOS
Production is continuing as usual. They are taking extra care in production and safety, so you may expect some order delays. 

 

Some frame orders may experience a delay. We apologize for this inconvenience. The following moldings are currently being affected:

FRAME STYLE & COLOR	STANDARD MOLDING (frames 20x20 and smaller)	WIDE MOLDING (frames 20x24 and larger)
Hollywood Champagne	out of stock/delayed 3-4 weeks
Laurelhurst Grey	out of stock/delayed 3-4 weeks	out of stock/delayed 3-4 weeks

Some packaging orders may experience a 2-3 week delay. We apologize for this inconvenience..
