I ordered an album or folio before March 23rd. When will I receive it?
- Your order is in production and will be shipped as soon as we’re back up and running. If you haven’t heard from us already, we’ll be reaching out to you soon if your order is directly affected by this delay.
I ordered an album or folio but because of the production delay, can I cancel it and get a refund?
- Due to the custom nature of albums and folios, if your custom order is already in production, we are unable to offer a refund. If you purchased a non-custom item (such as a folio box with slip-in mats), we can cancel your order and offer you a refund if you contact us within 3 days of placing your order.
What happens if I order an album or folio now?
- Place your order now to be at the top of the list. Albums and folios will be fulfilled in the order that they were placed when we resume production.
Don’t worry, this is temporary! As soon as permitted, we will restart production. As conditions allow, the state government will likely permit partial staffing and build from there. Thank you for your continued support~
